Bent Fork Bakery began in 1999 as a heartfelt kitchen venture, creating fresh-baked gift baskets for Mike’s 75 customers, and later found its home in Highwood in 2004. Since then, the bakery has been dedicated to crafting from-scratch, small-batch treats with a passion rooted deeply in its identity. Alongside a team of 18, they take pride in creating birthday cakes, cookies, pies, wedding cakes, and more, all designed to bring people together and become part of cherished family memories.
