Baba Canoush is a unique catering company founded by husband-and-wife duo Matthew and Ashley Hyde, who bring over 20 years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels across the UK. Their mission is to create extraordinary, theatrical food experiences for events, going beyond traditional three-course meals. The name "Baba Ganoush" is inspired by a Levantine dish and a heartfelt tribute to Matthew's Granddad, who helped him overcome struggles with dyslexia. Baba Canoush celebrates the magic of transforming simple, fresh ingredients into spectacular dishes, making every event special and memorable.
