In 2005, I started Amy Cakes Bakery with the encouragement of a friend and neighbor. I still pinch myself when I think about how I am living my dream career! I’ve been baking for three decades and it is still my love. Whether I’m baking a 6-tiered luxe wedding cake or a custom birthday cake, or cheerful little cupcakes and macarons for a dessert table — no matter what the occasion, I love to make it a truly one-of-a-kind creation that tastes as good as it looks!
