A Non-Traditional Summer Wedding at Mission Inn Resort

"Before jumping into wedding planning, we made a pact not to take anything too seriously, as it can be stressful, if you let it be. We decided to have fun throughout the process and to continuously remind each other of what the day is all about - two people devoting their lives to one another, surrounded by the people they love the most. The music that played throughout our wedding was a huge focus for us. I love live music and knew I wanted to somehow incorporate that into night. On the other hand, Hayden loves dancing to throwbacks so having a DJ was also a must. We decided on having violinist Gary Lovini play for the ceremony and cocktail hour and Our DJ Rocks for the reception. We made sure each of them were able to play a variety of music so all of our guests were able to dance and enjoy the entire evening." ‑ Bride
