A Non-Traditional Winter Elopement in Central Park

Sylvie Rosokoff teamed up with a wonderful vendor team last spring to showcase a Central Park elopement with Brooklyn mini reception (at bar St. Mazie), with a sustainable twist. Bloom Bloom Studio used locally-sourced and in-season flowers, and her floral installation was compostable, using no floral foam or dye. The couple wore entirely vintage-sourced outfits, and linens by Apprvl were naturally dyed with flowers. The vintage-inspired cake by Cakes for No Occasion was fair trade and vegan, from ingredients sourced from her local co-op and purchased in bulk. We also loved that it rained on our shoot day so we could show how a little rain doesn't have to ruin your elopement plans! Just bring a few clear umbrellas and cozy up to each other during photos.
