A Minimalist Wedding Editorial Inside a Historic Barcelona Mansion
Juan Cordero · Barcelona, Spain
The Story
Set inside the neoclassical Palauet d'Orsà, this editorial shoot reimagines the quiet moments before a wedding through elevated minimalism and subtle Parisian influences. A soft palette of ivory, cream, and white lets the mansion's architecture and natural light shine, while every design choice challenges tradition in thoughtful ways. A Rococo-inspired mirror replaces the bridal bouquet as a symbol of reflection and new beginnings. The groom's fluid silhouette embraces a softer expression of masculinity, and a pared-back tablescape of sculptural florals, embroidered linens, ghost chairs, and organically bent black candlesticks creates an atmosphere that feels refined yet intimate. Rather than celebrating the wedding itself, the shoot captures the anticipation, emotion, and quiet beauty of the moments just before everything changes.
