Proposal Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The Proposal Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on November 7, 2023 and ends on December 4, 2023.
Prize:
One (1) lucky winner will receive the following prizes:
- A 2.64 carat oval lab-grown diamond ring with a French pave band (or ring of similar value) from Grown Brilliance.
- A free suit or tuxedo rental from Generation Tux for the proposal.
- 50% off bridal party suit or tuxedo rentals for the wedding day from Generation Tux.
- A professional photographer to capture the proposal coordinated through Loverly.
- Day-of coordination by Loverly.
How to Enter:
Entrants may enter the Proposal Giveaway by filling out the online form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Proposal Giveaway period. The drawing will take place on December 5, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification:
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner will be selected.
Acceptance of Prizes:
The winner must accept the prize as awarded and may not transfer the prize to another person. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
Marketing Consent:
By entering this Proposal Giveaway, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to receive marketing emails from Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly. Entrants may unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time.
General Conditions:
- By participating in the Proposal Giveaway, entrants agree to a proposal at the beginning of 2024.
- The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violating these Terms and Conditions.
- By participating in the Proposal Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the sponsors.
- Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, human error, or any combination thereof that may affect the operation of the Proposal Giveaway.
- Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prizes.
Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policies of Grown Brilliance, Generation Tux, and Loverly.
