Philip and Bayleigh first crossed paths at Louisiana State University, where they passed each other in the halls of their apartment complex, but their love story didn't take off until the day Philip's photo popped up on a mutual friend's Facebook page. Bayleigh knew she had spotted a keeper and was totally determined to meet him. Sure enough, the pair reconnected, and three years into their blossoming love, they found a Houston photographer who was providing free mini photo sessions to build her portfolio. They jumped at the chance to snag a few cute pictures, but what Bayleigh didn't know was that her soon-to-be fiancé had pulled out all the stops to propose during the shoot. After snapping a couple of shots, Philip said, "Bayleigh, wouldn't this be better if we were actually engaged?" He got down on one knee and pulled out the most beautiful ring. img_3506 Photo via Morgan Lamkin After her resounding "yes!," their family and friends joined in on the celebration with a cupcake-filled surprise engagement party.
