Bayleigh knew she had spotted a keeper and was totally determined to meet him. Sure enough, the pair reconnected, and three years into their blossoming love, they found a Houston photographer who was providing free mini photo sessions to build her portfolio. They jumped at the chance to snag a few cute pictures, but what Bayleigh didn't know was that her soon-to-be fiancé had pulled out all the stops to propose during the shoot. After snapping a couple of shots, Philip said, "Bayleigh, wouldn't this be better if we were actually engaged?" He got down on one knee and pulled out the most beautiful ring.
