Moody Non Traditional Micro-Wedding in New Orleans by Theresa Matherne

Chris and Shannon are best friends and share a love of music, traveling, good drinks, and meeting new people wherever they venture to. Chris proposed on Shannon's birthday on July 29, 2017, in St. Augustine Florida. They are a very non-traditional couple. She actually looked for a black dress but ended up falling in love with the feathers on the dress she chose and went for as many black details as she could (shoes, birdcage, belt, etc). She chose deep red flowers, almost black even to keep the ultra moody feel to the wedding. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else but New Orleans!
